The mission of Bonsall Unified School District is to empower all students to achieve their maximum learning potential. Each California School with 21 or more English Learners, regardless of their language, must form an English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC). The purpose of this committee is to advise the principal and staff in the development of a site plan to the School Site Council for consideration of inclusion in the School Plan for Student Achievement. Assisting in the development of the schoolwide needs assessment; ways to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance; and each ELAC shall have the opportunity to elect at least one member to the District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC).

Comité Escolar de Asesoramiento de Aprendices de Inglés

La misión del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Bonsall es empoderar a todos los estudiantes para que alcancen su máximo potencial de aprendizaje. Cada escuela de California con 21 o más estudiantes de inglés, independientemente de su idioma, debe formar un Comité Asesor de Estudiantes de Inglés (ELAC). El propósito de este comité es asesorar al director y al personal en el desarrollo de un plan del sitio para el Consejo del Sitio Escolar para la consideración de su inclusión en el Plan Escolar para el Logro Estudiantil. Ayudar en el desarrollo de la evaluación de las necesidades de toda la escuela; formas de concienciar a los padres de la importancia de la asistencia regular a la escuela; y cada ELAC tendrá la oportunidad de elegir al menos un miembro para el Comité Escolar de Asesoramiento de Aprendices de Inglés del distrito  (DELAC).
